1. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. We value your time and privacy. You can browse our entire catalog and complete your purchase as a Guest without ever needing to create an account or a password.
2. How much does shipping cost within Kenya?
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of KES 450.00 for all orders, regardless of the size or weight of the hardware. This fee is clearly displayed at checkout with no hidden handling charges.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment options:
Online: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and Credit/Debit Cards via Paystack.
Instant Transfer: Direct Bank Transfers (PesaLink/RTGS) to our Co-operative Bank account.
Offline: Cash on Delivery (available for orders within Nairobi only).
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our total estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days. We have a handling time of 0–1 business day and a transit time of 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day.
