Welcome to Latitude Hardware. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, latitudehardware.com, and the purchase of any products from our store. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, in the event of a technical error where a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

  • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

3. Payment Terms

We accept several payment methods to ensure a secure transaction:

  • Online: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) via the Paystack gateway.

  • Offline: Direct Bank Transfer (Co-operative Bank) and Cash on Delivery (exclusive to Nairobi).

  • Verification: Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. For bank transfers, this occurs as soon as the funds reflect in our account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping practices are designed for transparency and reliability:

  • Flat Rate: A standard shipping fee of KES 450.00 applies to all orders within Kenya.

  • Delivery Timeline: Total estimated delivery time is 1–4 business days (Monday – Saturday).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EAT) will be processed on the following business day.

  • Territory: We currently ship exclusively within the borders of Kenya.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • An order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for reasons including product unavailability or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  • If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Latitude Hardware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be the amount paid for that specific product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Latitude Hardware and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our branding is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
